Welcome

The client/therapist relationship is the foundation for our work together. It takes time to build trust and feel comfortable enough to explore the issues that brought you to therapy. Life is challenging and we all struggle from time to time. Seeking help takes courage. I work with individuals struggling with adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance abuse, divorce, job-related stress and life transitions. I also teach effective Parenting Skills. My practice is holistic and I utilize evidenced-based techniques. My training and theoretical orientation is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. My clinical practice is guided by the American Counseling Association Code of Ethics.
